In der Memellandstraße in Aalen wurde der Polizei eine Suizidandrohung gemeldet. Deswegen wurden zwei Polizeistreifen sowie der Rettungsdienst dorthin entsandt. Bevor konkrete Einsatzmaßnahmen getroffen wurden, gelang es dem Führungs- und Lagezentrum des Polizeipräsidiums Aalen telefonisch Kontakt zu der Person herzustellen. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass die Androhung mit einem gehackten Account in den sozialen Medien geteilt wurde. Der Handybesitzer selbst erfreute sich bester Gesundheit. Kursierende Gerüchte, dass die Polizei ein Haus gestürmt haben soll, entbehren jeglicher Grundlage.
