Ein bislang unbekannter Autofahrer befuhr am Montag die Weissacher Straße in Fahrtrichtung Cottenweiler. Er kam dabei zuweit nach rechts und streifte beim Vorbeifahren den ordnungsgemäß am Fahrbahnrand parkenden Pkw BMW und beschädigte diesen. Anschließend entfernte sich der Unfallverursacher und hinterließ ca. 1000 Euro Sachschaden. Den Unfallspuren zufolge müsste das Fahrzeug des Verursachers orangefarben lackiert gewesen sein. Weitere Hinweise zum Unfallgeschehen, das sich zwischen 8 Uhr und 12.30 Uhr ereignete, wird von der Polizei in Backnang unter Tel. 07191/9090 erbeten.
