Aspach: Zu tief ins Glas geguckt und danach mit dem Auto unterwegs

Am Sonntagmorgen, gegen 00:50 Uhr, befuhr eine 29jährige VW-Fahrerin die Kirchberger Straße und wurde dort einer allgemeinen Verkehrskontrolle unterzogen. Hierbei machte die Frau einen leicht verwirrten und überraschten Eindruck. Sie benötigte außerdem für die Aushändigung ihrer Papiere sehr viel Zeit. Da die Polizeistreife zudem leichten Alkoholgeruch in der Atemluft der Frau festgestellte, wurde ihr ein Alkoholtest angeboten. Dieses lag deutlich über dem erlaubten Grenzwert von 1,1 Promille. Es folgten eine Blutentnahme im Krankenhaus, die Beschlagnahme des Führerscheins und der Fahrzeugschlüssel sowie eine Anzeige wegen Trunkenheit im Verkehr.
