Am Samstagabend, gegen 22:55 Uhr, befuhr ein 31-jähriger Audi Fahrer die Weissacher Straße. Da er hierbei augenscheinlich sehr flott unterwegs war, entschloss sich eine nachfolgende Polizeistreife auf Höhe eines Kaufhauses zur Kontrolle. Hierbei wurde bei dem Mann Alkoholgeruch in der Atemluft festgestellt. Ein vor Ort durchgeführter Test bestätigte den Verdacht. Der Mann musste eine Blutentnahme im Krankenhaus über sich ergehen lassen und der Führerschein wurde beschlagnahmt. Außerdem kommt nun eine Strafanzeige wegen Trunkenheit im Verkehr auf ihn zu.
