Ein 73-Jähriger missachtete mit seinem VW Polo in einer Rechtskurve das Rechtsfahrverbot, wodurch es zum Unfall mit dem entgegenkommenden Audi einer 75-Jährigen kam. Beide Pkw wurden so stark beschädigt, dass sie abgeschleppt werden mussten. Der Unfallverursacher stand erheblich unter Alkoholeinwirkung. Sein Führerschein wurde einbehalten.
