Eine 35-jährige BMW-Fahrerin war am Donnerstagabend gegen 19:45 Uhr auf der B14 in Fahrtrichtung Stuttgart unterwegs. Kurz nach dem Kappelbergtunnel begann der Pkw aufgrund eines technischen Defekts zu brennen. Die 35-Jährige stellte ihr Fahrzeug am Seitenstreifen ab und verließ dieses selbstständig. Die Feuerwehr kam anschließend mit drei Fahrzeugen und zwölf Einsatzkräften vor Ort und löschte das Feuer. Der BMW musste abgeschleppt werden.
