Eine 21-jährige BMW-Fahrerin befuhr am Montag gegen 16 Uhr die B 14 in Richtung Waiblingen, als sie kurz vor dem Kappelbergtunnel mutmaßlich infolge gesundheitlicher Probleme die Kontrolle verlor und auf einen Lkw Ford Transit auffuhr. Das Auto der 21-Jährigen kam nach rechts ab und krachte noch in die Leitplanke, ehe es auf der Fahrbahn zum Stehen kam. Beim Unfall entstand Sachschaden in Höhe von ca. 42.000 Euro. Beide Fahrzeuge wurden abgeschleppt. Die Fahrbahn in Richtung Waiblingen wurde kurzzeitig gesperrt.
