In der Nacht zum Dienstag wurde auf der B 14 an einer dortigen Verkehrsinsel ein beschädigtes Verkehrszeichen festgestellt. Ein unbekannter Autofahrer kam dort von der Straße ab und prallte gegen die Verkehrseinrichtung. Danach flüchtete der Verursacher und hinterließ mehrere hundert Euro Sachschaden. Den bisherigen Erkenntnissen zufolge müsste es sich bei dem Verursacherfahrzeug um einen Pkw BMW F30, Touring oder Limousine in den Baureihen von 2015 bis 2018 handeln. Entsprechende Fahrzeugteile konnten an der Unfallstelle festgestellt werden. Sachdienliche Hinweise auf das geflüchtete Fahrzeug nimmt die Polizei Backnang unter Tel. 07191/9090 entgegen.
