Ein 62-jähriger Seat-Fahrer befuhr am Montagvormittag gegen 08:40 Uhr die Alte Bundesstraße in Richtung der Talaue. Dort kam ihm ein schwarzer Mittelklassewagen von der Emil-Münz-Straße aus kommend entgegen. Dieser geriet auf die Gegenfahrbahn, sodass der Seat-Fahrer ausweichen musste um einen Zusammenstoß zu verhindern. Der schwarze Pkw fuhr anschließend weiter ohne anzuhalten. Der Seat wurde durch das Ausweichmanöver so beschädigt, dass Sachschaden in Höhe von etwa 2000 Euro entstand. Hinweise zum Fahrer des schwarzen Pkws nimmt das Polizeirevier Waiblingen unter der Telefonnummer 07151 950422 entgegen.
