Kurz vor 16 Uhr befuhr eine 82-Jährige am Montagnachmittag mit ihrem VW die Hauptstraße in Richtung Kirschblütenweg. Auf der Fahrt dorthin fuhr die Frau wohl Schlangenlinien, geriet auf den Gehweg und befuhr teilweise die Gegenfahrspur. Zeugenaussagen zufolge mussten mehrere Fahrzeuge ausweichen, um einen Zusammenstoß zu vermeiden. Beamte des Waiblinger Polizeireviers stellten bei einem Gespräch mit der 82-Jährigen gesundheitliche Einschränkungen fest. Verkehrsteilnehmer, die durch das Fahrverhalten der Frau gefährdet wurden, sollten sich mit dem Polizeirevier Waiblingen, Tel.: 07151/9500 in Verbindung zu setzen.
