Großbottwar. Die Bombe, die am Freitag beim Abriss einer Brücke im Zentrum von Großbottwar entdeckt und außerorts kontrolliert gesprengt wurde, stammte aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg. Am Wochenende gab es jedoch abweichende Angaben zu deren genauer Herkunft. Während die Einsatzleitung davon ausging, dass die Deutschen die Bombe gegen Kriegsende selbst angebracht hatten, um die Brücke zu sprengen, war im Bericht der Polizei von einer 500-Kilogramm-Fliegerbombe die Rede.
